Update CDH project naming & migrate code to TSAT-7 #25

This PR implements the following changes: -Updates naming for both STM32 projects -Removes TSAT-6 camera code from the board project -Fixes stack sizes for FreeRTOS tasks -Fixes two util functions related to RTC interfacing
