Share movement data #39

Allow users to download movement data.

[x] Encode movement as multiband geotiff in BirdFlow CRS and post to AWS
[ ] Add mechanism to download them to app - not sure where.

We should refer users to eBird to download abundance data from them directly.

I've added a TIFF file for each species with the data encoded in separate bands for each week. The American Black Duck file, for example, is at: https://avianinfluenza.s3.us-east-2.amazonaws.com/movement/ambduc/movement_ambduc.tif. This is what we should link to when allowing users to download data.
