As a user, I want to be able to resize and move tracks around so that I can edit tracks. Can also edit as you're adding boxes to tracks

Definition of Done:

[ ] Implement moving tracks
[ ] Implement resizing tracks
[ ] Implement data update
[ ] Can also delete the current box
[ ] Test code changes
[ ] Review
