UI: Allow users to manually enter tile IDs instead of forcing them to select from a drop down #17

As an annotator, I would like to be able to copy Tile IDs from the spreadsheet used for tracking annotation status or begin typing Tile IDs with autocomplete to open an image for correcting in the labeling tool, rather than being forced to find the proper Tile ID in a long drop down list.

Current workaround: When users load tiles from their local computer, they can use their OS interface to type in the Tile ID
