There's a problem with creating a new ml_page content type. First the implementation seems shaky and the import on install doesn't work, but more importantly it seems like a very problematic implementation choice. Could you please simply add the Page module as a dependency in the feature, remove the ml_page content type from the feature and restore the previous importing code?
