Some At Risk Group terms doesn't have correct mapping destination in Population Types.

I just found some message from infoasaid.org contains some At Risk Group terms which can't be found in Population types vocabulary.

Here is the list:

• All affected populations
• Post partum women
• Sexually active men and boys
• Sexually active women and girls
• Transsexuals/Transgender

I can tell the 'All affected populations' is very close to 'All affected population'; and 'Post partum women' is close to 'Post partum women (up to 6 weeks)', not sure still need you to confirm. And i've see no close term for the 3 remaining terms.

Hi there I confirm All affected populations is the same as 'All affected population' and 'Post partum women' is same as 'Post partum women (up to 6 weeks)' Pls remove 'Sexually active men and boys' and 'Sexually active women and girls'. Please keep Transsexuals/Transgender
