Acute Respiratory Infections (ARIs) is missing a sector 'WASH'' #37

I noticed in the infoasaid, on the threat page Acute Respiratory Infections (ARIs) has two sectors - Health and WASH, however, in the D7 there is only one sector - Health.

The threat Acute Respiratory Infections (ARIs) belongs two issues, 'Child Health' and 'Communicable Diseases' which both belongs to the sector 'Health' according to the exported CSV:

"1404","Child Health"," ","Health","1795"," " "1403","Communicable Diseases"," ","Health","1795","1"

I am not sure based on which rule the WASH is displayed on the D6 site. If some issues term belongs to more than one sectors, then the exported CSV need some adjustment to reflect this.

ARIs should only be in Health. It falls under Child Health and Communicable Diseases.
