Walked MdSec records: content view, labels, icons, link status decor text #35

The listing of crosswalks seems to be broken, probably due to need for ItemProvider style label support.

Drag and Drop association of record with div is broken.

It would be nice if MdSec contents were displayed in properties tab when they are highlighted.. This can be generic behavior for all MdSec elements.

DnD is not actually broken, but user links are being overwritten by crosswalk links at the moment..

The records produced by a crosswalk are now viewable under the crosswalk section of the navigator. The XML shows up in the properties view, under a tab called "Metadata Content".

Next step is navigator decoration that shows how/if the MdSec is linked to a div. "user-linked" "auto-linked" or nothing for not linked..
