Not exactly a bug or anything, but may be worth smoothing out this aspect of the package's expansion to users outside the DEPENd group:
Some of the default modules for AFNI, FSL, R are not available from Longleaf's global module space. This results in a user outside of the lab having to deal with the tricky parallel settings.
A few possible solutions:
Stick with how it is and just provide good examples of configuring parallel and its expected format
Copy the relevant DEPENd lab fmri.pipeline support modules over to HNG proj and redirect the defaults to those
Change the default modules so they line up with modules both available in the lab and the default Longleaf module list
