Division by zero error #4

In xBD_hurricanes_buildingdetect_train_model.py, showing division by zero error while creating tfrecord. I'm working on it.

we can close this right? since we are working with the unet_inria_colab method

Issue closed as getting success in running U-Net model by Dr Mort Canty.
