Modify the dataset as per ML Monday's documentation. Creating ‘train’ and ‘validation’ folders and modifying the folder location as per in the code xBD_hurricanes_buildingdetect_train_model.py. The dataset folder is not available in google drive. Working to recreate the combined dataset folder

Issue closed as getting success in running U-Net model by Dr Mort Canty.
