Need to measure SoC physical size to determine chip type:

Chip model Length Width Thickness
Hi3518A 13mm 13mm 1.37mm
Hi3518C 20mm 20mm 1mm
Hi3518E 11mm 11mm ???

Datasheets:

Chip measurements:

Dimension Value Uncertainty
Length 10mm +-2mm
Width 10mm +- 2mm
Thickness 0.71mm +- 0.5mm

Chip is most likely the Hi3518E.
