Show loading Icon and toast notification for UI interaction #240

This pull request introduces a loading icon and toast notifications for UI interactions. At present, the loading icon and toast notifications have been implemented for certain interactions within the pads. Additional implementations will be made in the future as we identify other areas of the application that would benefit from this interaction and notification.
