Issue description

Start from a collection, for example https://learningplans.sdg-innovation-commons.org/en/browse/pads/pinned?explorationid=&pinboard=34
Navigate to the second page: https://learningplans.sdg-innovation-commons.org/en/browse/pads/pinned?explorationid=&pinboard=341&page=2
Now apply a filter, for example https://learningplans.sdg-innovation-commons.org/en/browse/pads/pinned?explorationid=&pinboard=341&page=2&search=&countries=GTM&status=2&status=3

Et voilà.
