Exchange Group - Register #84

Register seems somewhat disconnected within the Exchange Group. It doesn´t directly relate to any element within the Exchange Group. Information Sets can form registers. However, that is more of a data management perspective that is not present elsewhere in GSIM.

Regarding Register. When we developed our system for national accounts it made sense to have "Statistical Register" in the Exchange group. The input channels for NA are both Administrative register's and Statistical register's (I dont think NA use Data Harvest, but I'am not sure). We found this out a little to late, but in the new production system the NA-personal handles the different types of channels with separate subprocess in the design.

(To handle the "data management-perspective" we use the term "Data catalog" or "Dataset catalog" where all datasets are stored.)
