Fix typos in Episode 1

This pull request mostly fixes typos, but here are other comments I have about the Episode (to fix later):

• This Episode, and Episode 2, mention things from the setup instructions that are not actually in the setup instructions (setting a working directory and downloading data). There are no instructions in the setup section currently that explain these steps.
• The order of topics is likely to be confusing for beginners -- they're told to start using the "Console" in Episode 1, but the "Console" isn't introduced until Episode 2. I would recommend adding the "The RStudio IDE" and "The Four Corners of RStudio" into Episode 1, immediately after the "What is programming?" section to address this confusion. Expecting users to run code before being introduced to how to run code in the IDE is likely to be confusing.

What does this mean?

If you have source files that require output and figures to be generated (e.g. R Markdown), then it is important to make sure the generated figures and output are reproducible. This output provides a way for you to inspect the output in a diff-friendly manner so that it's easy to see the changes that occur due to new software versions or randomisation.
