User story As a VHT or Midwife involved in the mapping and referral of pregnant teenage girls, I want to login and view all the features within the application to be able to know which feature am to use at that moment.

Acceptance Criteria

The mobile application should show all the intended features.

Dependencies

All users should already have been registered using the administrative web-based interface.

Add the GetIN logo on the home screen.
Change CHEW to VHT.
