Switch qa2new dipy and Freesurfer v6.0 #259

Finally, this PR is about QA AND FREESUFER V6 Implementation.

Now we are using the dipy.viz.actor module. Brainstem and hippocampal segmentation have been added to the 5tt, wmparc and aparc+aseg files.
