Add Genres as Dropdown function #21

As a user, I am presented with a list of Genres to choose from So I can select one to narrow my criteria

HTML/CSS styling has been updated. Script functionality needs to be implemented.

IDs are not needed as the current Genre search functionality is working. The Search stops working if there are no events in that area within that Genre. See #39 for bug to fix to resolve.
