Report workflow #13

Should probably write this in Word for collaborator's sake. Some ideas for workflows:

  1. Add subdirectory to this repo for report, committing figures, etc.
  2. Create new private repo for report, commit figures here, download these to Box
  3. Create new private repo for report, copy figures there and commit

Option 3 is probably ideal, though copying figures there will require that script be run on the correct system. Should also keep track of which commit of this repo was used to generate the figs. Maybe even add this repo as a submodule to the report? That would two layers of nested submodules, but could work okay.
