Discuss openness of data in the literature? #63

The Sandia reports by Worstel (1978) and Ashwill (1992) provide tabulated reduced data. I thinks that's about it as far as the references I have listed.

No raw data are available anywhere, as far as I know.

Some of the scarcity of data is due to technical limitations of the past. Some is due to conventions.

Mentioned that the RVAT datasets are open, but won't start ranting about the availability of other datasets.
