Purchase torque wrench #18

I've been using my own. The flexible couplings need to be torqued to 70 Nm.

I bought a couple for the living Bridge project, one is a 600 ft-lb, and one is a 200 ft-lb (~270 Nm) – that should be good enough to get 70 Nm, but I will have to check.
