Torque arm needs recalibration #2

Need to determine how many steps to use. For their NIST traceable calibration, Interface uses 8; 6 ascending and 2 descending.

6 ascending sounds good. I would consider 2 descending a minimum, might be better to do a couple more.

I also need to decide on how long to sample at each load. I will be recording at 2 kHz, and was thinking 30 seconds. If each sample is independent, we wouldn't gain much in terms of confidence interval on the mean by sampling twice as long.
