Automate positioning, DAQ, and flow speed control.
Acquire 2-D foil characteristics for +/- 180 degrees AoA and many $Re_c$.
Provide data in an open, modern digital database.
- Include data from other sources for comparison, e.g. Sheldahl and Klimas, Jacobs and Sherman.
If automated enough, other researchers could send in compatible foils for testing to add to the database.
