Update NI Global Virtual Channels #47

I moved the 9401 to the first slot to make it easier to connect wires to the 9205 and 9237, so now all Global Virtual Channel devices will need to be updated. An incomplete list:

carriage_pos -- might be okay
turbine_angle -- might be okay
torque_trans
torque_arm
drag_left
drag_right

Did these for the channels I knew about, but others will need to be updated.
