Provider Forgot password screen, forgot my password sumbit button is not visible in 1366 x 768px, no scroll #100

Describe the bug As a provider, if you go to forgot your password page, and enter your email, no send or submit button appears on Edge

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: using your laptop screen

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Enter an email
  3. No submit button is visibile
