@Gaskevych the order of the FAQs is based on existing translations and the way they were approved by the country admin. If you could provide us with the specific order you would like the FAQs to appear in we can investigate a possible solution.
We will be adding the new QandAs for the production environment, so no need to change the order now. But can you please add the note in the FAQ block in the country admin manual saying that if for some reason they want to change the order of the approved questions they have to contact 7digit team? Thanks!

when adding the FAQ as a translation of the English version, the display order is different for Russian and Kazakh (the order for English and Russian questions is correct). Would be good to change the order for Kazakh FAQ not to start from the question related to the provider.
