Can't schedule consultation

Describe the bug Couldn't schedule the consultation on staging because for the client the availability of provider was not displayed.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to staging, select country Poland, log in as provider using the provider@7digit.io and added available dates to the calendat
2. On staging for client, log in as client@7digit.io and try to select the free slots - it says no slots are available.

The issue was due to the fact that the DB for Poland was not set up, will create a new issue
