prof OPIS rank #197

Would be very nice if next to the data of the /prof command we could add an OPIS rank (five stars as maximum rank) that represents the value of the professor.

The OPIS rank will be represented in V1, V2, V3 and showed is five stars ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ☆ ☆ (rank 3/5).

It is necessary to make a formula and implement an endpoint in the OPIS API to get this rank.

we decided to not implement this feature, we will leave only some references to the OPIS results or the OPIS Manager app
