cloud computing courses #59

We want to include material on cloud computing for researchers, this is a meta issue to sketch out some courses within this. Some suggestions are (feel free to edit)

Intro to cloud computing (need different streams for different providers?)
Infrastructure as code (terraform?)
DevOps (put existing continuous integration material here?)
Orchestration (kubanetes?)
Anything else? something ML flavoured?

Some other suggestions are:

Machine learning in the cloud (overview of cloud services for ML, building and deploying ML models, scaling ML workloads, ...)
Security in the cloud (best practices, IAM, encryption, ...)
Cost management (cost-efficient cloud usage, monitoring and optimizing resources, ...)
Advanced cloud topics (serverless computing, ...)
Hybrid/Multi-cloud and benefits?

IMO some of the stuff that can go into these courses:

Intro to cloud computing (overview of cloud computing models: SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS, key CSPs, benefits and perhaps also challenges of cloud adoption, ...)
CSPs specific streams? (AWS, Azure, GCP; core services and pricing models; ...)
Infrastructure as code (importance of IoC, creating and managing infrastructure with Terraform)
DevOps (put existing continuous integration material here?)
Orchestration (kubanetes?)

This sounds great, thanks @ansarrafique. I think these should be hand-on practical courses where the participants work through problems / setup toy cloud services. Once you have a chance to look around for existing material please add it here as well and we can think about what we'd like to port.
