Cannot Read and Identify Words off Book Images #14

Just adding a few basic issues for our end goal.

We need to be able to recognize certain book qualities from images of books. This includes:

Not only do we need to recognize the words, but also what category they are. Does us no good to read "Potter" if we have no idea it's part of "Harry Potter" which also does us no good if we can't recognize if that's the title or not!

If we can identify and read then we should be pretty good for this issue.

12 no longer addresses this. That feature was removed at the behest of the team. EasyOCR is our replacement.

If we can start reading text, I'll close this and add some more specific issues related to OCR (like identifying specific types of text and maybe issues related to trying to identify text from multiple books at once, etc.)
