Description

Add features in MuscleGroup page and create more exercises for each body_part.

Requirements

[x] Add logic for unselect muscle when the muscle is highlighted
[x] Group the visually highlighted muscles based on current schema (No changing schema after team discussion)
[x] Start with empty state without triggering error message
[ ] Use new nav bar at top
[x] Add a 'Next'
[x] Add more exercises because current exercise count is too low to distribute among muscles
