This is related to issue #66

Description / Changes Made

Removed filler text since everyone should be familiar with the PR template. We don't need directions on the PR template anymore
Added AI section to PR Template so we can mention how/where AI was used to ensure compliance with AI documentation Standards in Upcoming Submissions according to class announcement

How to Test

Will test once merged to main and any new PR's are created. The new section should appear.
