Addresses issue #76. There were not multiple ways to access all the pages on the homepage.

instead of a list, made the list of pages on the website into a presentation table (PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF THERE IS SOMETHING SPECIFIC I NEED TO DO FOR THOSE, IK WE TALK ABOUT THOSE A LOT)
added css to make sure there was no hover over the table
added a button css class for the webpages that are all uniform in size
focus and hover added too to match the buttons on Loaded Data
the color matches DATIM and the other buttons on the website
