Add genome evaluation QuickByte #101

Currently using the genome from GATK quickbyte as a test, don't have anything to test QUAST's "reference" option, but it's straightforward enough where it shouldn't matter. Also, wondering if I should upload the .yml for BUSCO to /projects/shared/tutorials/quickbytes?

Also, small note, I'll be updating the results at the end of BUSCO, these are for a different genome, but it takes a while to run.
