Dask/scikit-learn parallelization file. Includes how to login to Jupyter Hub and then the tutorial.

Looks pretty good, but go through and make sure your capitalization of headings and abbreviations are correct.

I think I fixed the problem in a commit. Dask is capitalized but scikit-learn is not.
