@liphardt As per Jim, the maui configurations for wheeler are dynamic. He keeps changing the settings to meet the requirements. While I wrote this documentation, he had set the parameters to those values listed and I wasn't aware of the recent modifications.

I have updated 25 nodes to 50 nodes as hard limit for wheeler. Thanks for pointing out @liphardt
