Per @KJDonovan-RS21 When you get a chance take a look at mosaiq_procedure_occurrence SELECT COUNT() FROM( SELECT SOURCE_PK, COUNT() FROM SDS.MQ_PROCEDURE_OCCURRENCE GROUP BY SOURCE_PK HAVING COUNT(*) > 1) Returns 36978 Duplicates
