In https://github.com/UNMigration/HTCDS/blob/master/References.md, under the heading 'Industries', I suggest changing the ISIC Rev v4 link to this: https://unstats.un.org/unsd/classifications/Family/Detail/27. It's more accessible than the English report; it presents the manual and supplementary csv files in different languages.
