field schema with correct data type

looks all of the datapackage.json fields have a string type. would need to adjust this for publishing purposes to make sure the numeric values are represented?

could this be an issue where there are different types, string and numeric stored in the same column and the data type is simply string? i think we originally talked with Luis and/or Daniel on this when they were pulling directly from the database. would like to hear your thoughts.
