@k96mz has kindly agreed to volunteer developing README.md for Global Elevation Tiles.

@ubukawa is kindly reviewing it in a separate development repository at: https://github.com/k96mz/20240410RGBtile

@hfu will be uploading the README.md file to the Source Cooperative once it is ready.
