color bars on right hand side #8

Blue achievement bar doesn't meet the edge of the box. When Level 4 is highlighted, covers edge of box. Also when Level 4 isn't green, lines go over edge of box. Screen Shot 2021-09-24 at 2 03 24 PM

Kinda the same issue as Sev's above with the Level 4 spilling over on grade 5 ELA.

Grade 7 ELA, level 3 is not exactly lining up with the dotted line and green. The "Level 4" upper and lower lines spill over into margins.

Grade 11 ELA, a score of 1220 goes into Level 1. The dotted lines between level 3 and level 4 is not matching up. Upper and lower lines are running into the margin.

This is I think mostly addressed by #15. The score part I'll address in #13.
