Add pretty loading states and zero states to everything #169

Description

Made a loading component
Takes fields: chibi - you can specify "gwenny" "vivi" "artist" "requester" are the options for the chibis
Takes field: height - height of the loading component default is 300px
Takes a nested child content p: the text that you want to display - it supports adding 's and other HTML elements inside

Takes field: isFlipped - flip the chibi with scaleX(-1)

Changed all of the currently existing loading/zero states with the loading component

Changed names of all the chibi pngs

Fixed some random things

Fixes #168
