Refactor sale history + purchase history + shower thoughts 3 #176

Description

Refactored sale history page to be more consistent with the rest of the pages in the module

Fixed a bunch more bugs:

selevt view option containsers should not be cursor pointer
move purcahse history navigate out of ts
add prevent default to view artists page
submit button in navbar wrapping wrongly

QoL changes:

profile zero state
add missing placeholder images for view artists page
