I just found my README file in a different area of git. sorry that was a beginners mistake.

Hello!

This file appears to contain your team charter, so it should probably be called team-charter.md!

A team charter details the project team and intended project outcome.

A ReadMe file should have more technical details such as a description of the actual project at this point in time, what it does, the data it uses, and how to run it at this point.

I can't accept this pull request as the file is not named correctly. Please rename to team-charter.md and push your changes. This pull request will update automatically.

You can then create a new README.md file and begin adding the technical documentation someone will need to run your program :+1:
