YouTube widgets resize was misplaced when generating a widget #281

Describe the bug When a new YouTube widget is generated the resize tool is much lower down than the widget

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Journal
  2. Click on YouTube Widget
  3. See error

Expected behavior The resize tool should be much closer to the widget
