Make the PAK map transparent #60

The new PAK maps is just magenta and the flashing priority colour is not visible.

Done. There is a BMS problem which is also present in KTO that if you open the PAK for the first time, the 0 level is not white but fully transparent and the background map colour seeps through. Reopen the PAK map and it's all good. We could change the background map to something monochromatic.
