Cannot launch a Jupyter Lab server #29

My colleagues and I have been facing this issue when trying to launch a Jupyter Lab server. No matter which Partition we choose (GPU, Compute or Standard) this error message pops up: Permission denied @ dir_s_mkdir - /home/nfs/20192753/ondemand/data/sys/dashboard/batch_connect/sys/jupyter/output/6e711562-b5f4-45c8-9eb8-f6827c8f717a We are assuming that we got this error after requesting upgraded access to the cluster. cluster_error

Did you do something with the chown command? What do you mean by upgrading your access? CC. @AmmarAlsaei

This was a user account issue on our side, which is solved now. If every thing is fine, you can close the issue @salman-manaa
