[FEATURE] Add `opendoor` `closedoor` #43

Simply opens & closes doors within 2 tiles.

CUO has an ingame hotkey for opendoor, but no closedoor hotkey. Steam has a command for closedoor, but not opendoor.

Would be nice just have both commands.
