A user should be able to leave a group

If a user leaves a group/department, the user should lose access to machines specifically assigned to that group.

Example 1:

• I am user lkiesow.
• The user lkiesow is part of the group virtUOS
• We add a host with group virtUOS as admin:

  ❯ deterrers-cli add --admin virtUOS --profile HTTP one.example.com

• We remove the user lkiesow from the group virtUOS
• The user should no longer have access to one.example.com in DETERRERS

Example 2:

• I am user lkiesow.
• The user lkiesow is part of the group virtUOS
• We add a host with group virtUOS and user lkiesow as admin:

  ❯ deterrers-cli add --admin virtUOS --admin lkiesow --profile HTTP two.example.com

• We remove the user lkiesow from the group virtUOS
• The user should still have access to two.example.com in DETERRERS since the user was added as a specific admin
